Student Organizations
- The Plant Sciences Graduate Student Council (PSGSC) is a multi-disciplinary organization that aims to promote community and student success for plant science and related fields at UW – Madison.
- MOSAIC (Mentorship Opportunities in Science and Agriculture for Individuals of Color): A student-formed mentorship network for BIPOC graduate students and postdocs in CALS, connecting them with BIPOC mentors in industry, academia, and more.
- UW-Madison QGrads – A queer graduate student group, meeting weekly on Friday evenings during the school year for community and connection. More group info can be found on their Facebook page.
Academic Support Resources
- DELTA Program in Research, Teaching, and Learning (DELTA) engages graduate students and postdocs in professional development in teaching, mentoring, outreach, and advising.
- The Writing Center – offers individual appointments, workshops, writing groups, etc.
