Dr. Sandro holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before transitioning to his current role, he spent over five years as a Junior Breeder in the Cereals Breeding and Quantitative Genetics Group, contributing to the breeding and development of oats and wheat varieties.
